My name is Matthew Tarnowski. I lead yoga classes in Chapel Hill, NC. My intention is to share with you a holistic blend of classical and contemporary yoga techniques derived from Hatha, Tantra and Kundalini yoga.
My goal is to help you align your spine to discover physical freedom, and align with the Divine to discover a deeper sense of self-awareness, understanding and joy. The path is rarely easy, but it is always worthwhile.
